Music Play List:
I often get requests for my music play list from Prenatal Yoga class. I do use the same play list (more or less), so women become familiar with it and if they choose to use it in labor and birth it can give them the same sense of calm they feel during class and something to sing along or chant to as they bring their baby into the world.
