Prenatal Yoga Classes:
Whether this is your first or third pregnancy, prenatal yoga is a beautiful and powerful way to honor your pregnancy as you prepare for the most profound rite of passage - birthing into motherhood. In each class you will nurture your body, form a deeper connection with your baby and build community with other mamas. Classes are designed to give you yogic tools that can help you embrace a conscious and empowered journey into pregnancy, birth and motherhood.

Begin to consciously restore your postpartum body, mind and spirit while bonding with baby in a playful, healing and strengthening class.
